Join HubSpot's Premier team as an Inbound Consultant working specifically with HubSpot's New User Training program. In this role you'll work 1 on 1 with marketing and sales leaders who are new users of the HubSpot software. This program is designed to help get these users up to speed on the ins and outs of the HubSpot software, the Inbound methodology, and their particular HubSpot implementation.

You will be responsible for working with main point of contacts and admins from HubSpot customers to get them up to speed on how their portal is setup, and giving them a solid understanding of Inbound fundamentals. Specifically, you'll work with customers on an approximately 4 week program of 4-5 sessions. A typical customer load would be about 25 customers at any given time.

You should have:

  • A solid understanding of the HubSpot software
  • Exceptional understanding of customer service, and inbound marketing best practices
  • Ability to manage and develop a marketing campaign
  • Ability to communicate effectively with different personalities, and different learning styles
