Here’s what you’ll bring to the table:

• Experience providing first line response in a very customer-centric way
• A strong work ethic and the ability to produce high-quality work that solves for HubSpotters and the IT team itself
• Responds to requests in a plethora of ways (phone, email, in person, carrier pigeon)
• Mastered set up, maintenance, and troubleshooting on either PCs or Macs (both would be great!)
• Solid experience with operating systems like Windows 7/10 & OS X
