Helpdesk Technician
HubSpot's Helpdesk team is famous in HubSpot for their amazing internal customer service. HubSpot employees have been known to actually enjoy when things break as they get to spend time with our Helpdesk technicians.
Our top performers have an incredibly high figure it out factor, are maniacal problem solvers, and have a keen interest in how the business works. They are also driven by the success of their customers.
Here’s what you’ll bring to the table:
- Experience providing first line response in a very customer-centric way
- A strong work ethic and the ability to produce high-quality work that solves for HubSpotters and the IT team itself
- Responds to requests in a plethora of ways (phone, email, in person, carrier pigeon)
- Mastered set up, maintenance, and troubleshooting on either PCs or Macs (both would be great!)
- Solid experience with operating systems like Windows 7/10 & OS X
You might also have:
