Responsibilities:

  • Work with Commercial leadership so that Indigo becomes the gold-standard of agriculture quality testing
  • Execute with excellence against program plan on the launch of grain quality offerings by grower and buyer segment
  • Develop and refine the roadmap for grower and buyer offerings, including value propositions for each to launch a test and deliver
  • Understand the currently contemplated models, impact on P&L and be able to set financial targets beyond revenue
  • Manage operations to ensure on-time product offering delivery by launching testing programs for each crop and geography and execution of grain testing
  • Develop, hire and manage team performance
  • Create strong relationships and maintain strong integration with customer teams


Competencies:

  • Passionate about the opportunity and what it could mean for Agriculture
  • Comfortable with talking to farmers, driven by creating value to Indigo
  • Has a strong sense of urgency, able to operate in a fast-moving/complex environment
  • Smart, strategic vision, good communicator, strong storyteller
  • Comfortable with Technology, capable of driving software Product Management
  • Collaborative across stakeholders and teams
  • Strong process and execution abilities


Qualifications:

  • Experience in Product Marketing/Development
  • Experience with Quality (either from grower/buyer, or consumer perspective)
  • Experience managing across cross-functional teams
  • MBA, preferred
  • Agriculture experience preferred, not required
  • Experience managing a P&L preferred, not required

Location

On the edge of Charlestown, we are within walking distance to restaurants and bars. The Sullivan Square T and bus stop is also right next door! We are currently working remote/hybrid with the exception of our fantastic Biotrinsic team who work from the office and lab space here.
