As a GTM Ops Specialist, the primary responsibilities are data hygiene, order entry and management, maintaining the operating cadence of the GTM team, and supporting the needs of the GTM Business Partners. Additionally, this role will provide both canned and ad-hoc reporting to meet the needs of the team and performing other functions that enables the GTM team to maintain our highest level of productivity. The GTM Operations Specialist must ensure accuracy of data and reporting. This role reports directly to the VP, GTM Operations and will have close connection and responsibilities with the various business partners of the GTM team.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Own and manage a regular cadence of data inspection and updates to ensure we minimize the impact of “dirty data”.
  • Assist the GTM team in managing subscriptions to our various technologies in our tech stack.
  • Working with the GTM team, collect all necessary paperwork ensure clean paperwork including customer confirmations, purchase orders, and all necessary agreements for order submission
  • Assemble ad-hoc and canned reports to help sales managers and GTM partners to run their business
  • Participate in team calls for note taking and general partnering with the business leader
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Go-To-Market Teams, Customers & Partners
