As the GTM Channel Ops Analyst, you will work closely with our channel sales and GTM teams, as well as internal and external stakeholders, to support the efforts in achieving operational excellence. This position will be responsible for the day-to-day program operations for our Go-To-Market programs and alliance partnerships. This is a vital position to help ensure ease of doing business is flawless between us and our strategic partners. This role requires managing a set of daily processes including, but not limited to, opportunity management, data hygiene, agreement processes, partner onboarding, and analytics. There will also be opportunity to determine new processes and business-related improvements to standardize effectiveness in the business. This is a high impact role that will afford you the ability to shape our systems and processes for long term sustainability while working with a small agile team.

What you will do

  • Support the Channel Program Operations Manager to create and develop mechanisms to improve channel sales operation efficiency
  • Handle basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks
  • Create and distribute sales reports, dashboards and intelligence to channel sales and other cross functional departments
  • Day to day support of channel sales team that includes reinforcing best practices, problem solving and resolution of issues
  • Improve processes to drive greater operational efficiency
  • Handle various sales applications and drive user engagement
  • Provide training and create enablement materials for users as new processes are developed
  • Drive specific projects from start to finish, representing the interests of Sales and Operations

What we look for

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2+ years’ experience in business, B2B sales or channel operations preferred
  • Experience using Excel including VLOOKUP’s and pivot tables
  • Salesforce.com CPQ experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Highly motivated self-starter for ambiguous tasks in fast-paced work environment
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, on multiple projects.
