Job Summary

The Security, Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Team is dedicated to enabling informed decisions in support of Nuance strategic objectives, enhancing visibility into security risks across Nuance, driving prioritized investment decisions, and ensuring internal and external obligations are integrated in the Global GRC process.

The GRC Manager will be responsible for the implementation and management of the security policy & standards, awareness & training, and sales enablement functions. This role will be heavily focused on developing a global policy & standards framework that supports the divisional business objectives, delivering a comprehensive awareness and training program, and supporting the sales organization in delivering on customer audit commitments.

Number of Years of Work Experience: 10+ years of Information Security/Compliance Management experience

Education: Relevant BA/BS degree and Industry certifications in security, technology, and/or business management (e.g., CRISC, CISSP, CCIE, CISM, CISA)

• Information Security Governance, Risk & Compliance Background
• Knowledge of governance, risk, and compliance systems [RSA Archer a plus] and how to design and implement a GRC framework
• Experience supporting customer security requests/questionnaires and audits
• Prior experience leading security awareness and training programs
• Knowledge of enterprise security relevant legal/regulatory requirements and industry trends
• Experience working with organizations that deliver SOC2, ISO, Trust Services, PCI services
