The Global Supply Planning Coordinator will support projects related to operational, analytical and general business initiatives across our global markets. This role will serve as a liaison between Sales Planning and Sales Analytics, China Supply Chain, Logistics, Distribution, Marketing etc. with the objective of orchestrating and ensuring delivery of process outputs across various global teams in a timely manner. The incumbent will coordinate data inputs, track project milestones, and ensure progress against deadlines. This individual should have the ability to anticipate workload needs and keep projects on track in addition to governing processes and cadences from a cross functional perspective. 

Responsibilities

• Attend key cross functional meetings and assist in tracking notes/outputs; ensure closure of key deliverables post meeting
• Project documentation and communication across stakeholders – owing schedules, outlining key milestones, follow up with stakeholders/owners and close out actions
• Document internal processes and workflows. Support the documentation of business requirement documents.
• Create, streamline, and maintain internal processes to improve efficiency
• Participate in global S&OP reviews and update notes in global tracker; ensure regular follow up on open actions and be accountable to close off within lead time
• Cross functional calendar administration and ensure all activities related to the monthly supply cycle are carried out according to cadence
• Update data in various reporting applications according to schedule
• Support Analytics team in various weekly/monthly reports

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or other related field is required
• MS Office proficiency with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
