Recipe for Success - What's "in store" for the role  

  • Coordinate all communications to ADUSA e-commerce fulfillment sites with the brand to help ensure strong execution of SOPS for excellent customer service.
  • Organize and document the training of all exempts that flow through e-commerce in the brands. Coordinate with HR any on boarding to ensure a great experience and maintain high retention numbers.
  • Develop and execute projects and support schedules for any go lives in the e-commerce world – new services, new locations, new processes, new hardware and new software are all under this umbrella.
  • Ensure sufficient equipment and supplies are available to execute day to day functions and plan appropriately to purchase new with the brand as needed.
  • Develop, update and track recognition programs to help associates learn and maintain high standards.
  • Travel throughout the network in the brand to observe and counsel ways to improve the process, execute better customer service or higher productivity
  • Work hand in hand with the brand e-commerce team to execute on projects within the brand to test and innovate in e-commerce. This could be with automation, new supplies, or new ways of working with the host stores.
  • Support the opening of new distribution centers in the brand, coordinating across all departments at the brand and at PDL to deliver the project on time and on budget.
  • Manage opening of new Click & Collect sites to grow the e-commerce business throughout the brand
  • Work closely with Peapod Digital Labs, and all Brands to continually enhance operational processes and training programs.
  • Support launch of new items that are heavily supported in market and allow AD e-commerce to leverage CPG launches. Review and approve all allocation plans to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate execution of all slotting plans in new locations, and accuracy in open locations to maximize efficiency.
  • Coordinate execution of any allocations required around special events and holidays.

  • Develop and coordinate relationship with 3rd party to execute weekly assortment resets and planogram changes.
  • Partner with PDL continuous improvement team and merchandising to advise on system changes and process adjustments to minimize issues that could cause out of stocks or customer dissatisfaction. Serve as final UAT clearance for any system changes related to WMS that impact Operations
