connectRN is seeking an Executive Assistant to cover a wide range of fluid responsibilities as we grow rapidly. This role requires a self-starter with a proactive mindset! Reporting to our Chief of Staff, you will take ownership of projects and execute them reliably and efficiently to support the Office of the CEO.
You will...
- Provide executive, administrative, and operational support to connectRN's Office of the CEO
- Act as liaison between the Office of the CEO, broader leadership team, and both internal and external stakeholders
- Manage the CEO calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters according to business needs
- Assist with office administration, including refreshments, supplies and general projects in absence of the Office Manager
- Assist with coordinating travel for leadership team, as well as board meetings, investor visits, company on-sites & off-sites
- Assist in planning company social events, virtual experiences, and conferences
You have...
- Availability to work onsite in our Waltham, MA headquarters at least 3 days a week
- The ability to thrive in an ever-changing and ambiguous environment
- Several years of previous experience as an Executive Assistant to the CEO
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong prioritization, organization, and multitasking skills using effective time management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Unquestionable ethics, tact & discretion
- Fluency in G Suite, Zoom, Slack, MS Word, Outlook, and Excel
