Executive Assistant
Job Description
This Executive Assistant (EA) role will report to the Head of Programs, supporting the Retirement Transition Team. As an EA, you will have the opportunity to be a key contributing partner in assisting this service organization including - calendar management, travel and meeting arrangements, MAC coordination, meeting support including capturing actions with owners and timelines and provide ongoing follow-up to ensure execution. In addition, you will also provide ongoing administrative support as we build out and move into our new Boston campus at 10 Fan Pier.
Working with a high level of independence, attention to detail, striving for high quality product, accuracy and organization are all key; our EA will be an active partner on our team.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years direct experience as an Executive Assistant working with Executives and understanding the demands of their role
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong knowledge and ability to leverage technology - PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Concur, Ariba, Box.com; Skype; Zoom
- Superior Organization, Planning and Intuitive skill set
- Extraordinary attention to detail and accuracy with strong eye for aesthetics and quality of product
- Highly collaborative team player that demonstrates a high level of professionalism, stepping in as business situations arise
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree
- 5+ years Executive Assistant experience
- CRM and Salesforce helpful
- Previous experience supporting Executives within MassMutual
