Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the CTO calendar, including scheduling meetings to ensure appropriate and efficient prioritization in scheduling and arranging meetings, using independent judgement and discretion; assists with the coordination of meeting logistics 
  • Research, prioritize, and follow up on issues as directed, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature
  • Independently perform special projects that require a combined knowledge of administrative needs and technical operations
  • Act as the point of contact between the CTO and internal/external clients and vendors
  • Compose, prepare and edit correspondence and documents that may be confidential in nature
  • Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting
  • Undertake special assignments/projects on a wide variety of issues as requested
  • Provide back-up support for others, as needed


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 5 years prior experience supporting C-level executives
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) for Mac
  • Outstanding organization skills, strong attention to detail and diligent follow up
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with emotional maturity
  • Experience scheduling complex meetings
  • Proven ability to proactively anticipate needs and situations before they are fully developed
  • Demonstrated can-do approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
