About the Position: :
Kyruus is looking for a talented, innovative Executive Assistant to help support our growing company. This individual will join a tight-knit group of general & administrative professionals who are all dedicated to enabling the company to work efficiently and with a spirit of fun to meet the demands of our market. The EA will primarily be responsible for helping to manage the schedules and travel for several of our key executives, but will also have the opportunity to assist with additional office needs like corporate charitable and team bonding events,
Responsibilities:
- Serve as central point of contact for multiple executives
- Schedule and organize meetings including but not limited to:
- Coordinating with administrative support at other locations
- Booking appropriate conference room space
- Arranging for any presentation materials (projectors, wifi, sales collateral)
- Manage expense reports and corporate credit card reconciliation
- Make travel arrangements and prepare all necessary documentation, including calendar reminders
- Help with preparation of presentation materials including slides, handouts, and demos
- Assist with various projects as needed, with both the executive team and the larger administrative group
- Temporarily assist with duties related to office management (ie food/supply ordering and organization)
About You:
You are hyper detail oriented and naturally predict/anticipate when needs will arise. You have ability to think on your feet and are comfortable bringing and squeezing clarity out of ambiguous situations. You don’t mind sitting down at your computer to blast through emails and travel bookings, but also love and appreciate opportunities to stretch your legs and get out from behind your desk while still being productive.
Other Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
- 4+ years professional experience in an administrative support role
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information
- Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google applications
- Ability to anticipate upcoming need
- Experience with Macs
