Facing an increased scope of ERP functions, the Enterprise Applications Director will collaborate with stakeholders across teams to prioritize, plan, and manage all ERP-related efforts. As a team leader, you will play an integral role in strategically translating business needs into technical development efforts and enabling the team to execute against these efforts. This is a high-impact role that will collaborate across teams and grow in scope as the organization scales.

Responsibilities:

  • Assume ownership of ERP-related steering committees
  • Develop a roadmap of key projects/deliverables
  • Build relationships with key global stakeholders across relevant projects
  • Work with IT Services Lead to define ERP support model
  • Work with Architecture to develop enterprise data model and data flows

Competencies:

  • Comfortable addressing stakeholder business needs from a high level
  • Understands relationships between ERP and business functions, including Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Commercial
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent verbal and oral communication skills
  • Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment; able to multi-task
  • Clear decision-maker; able to prioritize and reallocate resources as needed
  • Managerial courage
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and challenging company goals
  • Able to work independently and drive to solutions with minimal direction

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years experience implementing and/or managing global enterprise systems
    • Familiarity with tier-1 global ERP systems (Oracle or ERP)
  • 5+ years experience structuring, building, and managing IT functional delivery teams
  • Experience managing outsourced vendors
  • Experience with cloud-hosted solutions
  • Functional knowledge of Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Procurement
  • Experience implementing process improvement
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to convert business needs into technical development efforts
  • Experience in a rapid-growth environment

Location

On the edge of Charlestown, we are within walking distance to restaurants and bars. The Sullivan Square T and bus stop is also right next door! We are currently working remote/hybrid with the exception of our fantastic Biotrinsic team who work from the office and lab space here.
