About this roll*:
- Heavy, proactive calendar management
- Coordinate and prioritize meetings for our leadership team
- Assist in coordinating logistics or internal and external events
- Manage travel arrangements
- Identify & make recommendations for process improvements related to scheduling, calendar management

- Ability to make reasonable decisions and effectively prioritize projects with minimal supervision
- Excel in a fast paced, sometimes ambiguous environment
- Customer-service mindset
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, and outstanding organizational skills
- Solid interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels of management, internally and externally
- Ability to multitask under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment, meeting pressing deadlines and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment
- A positive attitude and can-do mindset
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and extremely organized
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, knowledge of g-suite experience is a plus
