Corvus seeks to hire a Director of Strategic Programs (DSP). As our DSP, you will lead strategic growth initiatives for our Smart Insurance™ Products.   This is a newly-created, highly visible role reporting directly to the CEO. The main duties will include helping Corvus identify and implement the most effective strategies and tactics to accelerate business growth. Our ideal candidate is a passionate and hardworking strategic senior leader who thrives in a startup environment. You can execute at a strategic level, but also enjoy rolling up your sleeves and diving into the details. • 2-5  years of business operations experience, preferably in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment and/or business consulting role particularly from FinTech, InsurTech or other financial institution background
  • Superb program and project management skills, having managed and successfully led complex projects on-time and on-budget
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven professional who leverages strong relationships and data to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Exceptional verbal and visual communication skills with an ability to execute on a vision
  • Executive presence and the ability to drive change through influence
  • Established business and financial acumen
  • Advanced analytical and presentation skills
