We are looking for a leader to join us to help build out our Provider Operations team. Reporting to the VP of Operations, the Dir. of Provider Operations will be responsible for the success of Cricket’s provider relations and all inbound and outbound provider operations. 

Primary Responsibilities:

• Drive provider engagement to support patient referrals, enrollment and retention
• Build processes to align provider ops to company metrics and goals
• Develop provider outreach strategy and implementation
• Work closely with Network Development team

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Provider Relations or comparable work experience
• Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree prefered 
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of healthcare, managed care, Medicaid or Medicare
• Experienced with Salesforce CRM
