We are looking for an experienced candidate to lead our Patient Operations team. Reporting to the VP of Operations, this role will be responsible for the success of Cricket’s patient operations across the US and own membership growth and strategy. 

Primary Responsibilities:

• Own operations and key metrics related to enrollment, onboarding, engagement, and retention
• Build processes to align patient ops to company metrics and goals
• Develop and implement a cross-functional patient growth strategy
• Work closely with product development, marketing, and clinical services teams

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in patient operations or comparable work experience
• Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree preferred 
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience driving key company revenue driving metrics, leading a large distributed team across time zones, and with marketing automation tools
