As an Identity and Access Management Director you'll have an opportunity to build and support programs as well as utilize emerging and innovative technology in order to effectively protect MassMutual's digital assets. Significant focus will be on IAM platforms and creation of Identity models to plan and build Privileged User Monitoring, dynamic provisioning, and an implementation of a next generation program to reduce the use of passwords. What success looks like.
- Translating Identity requirements through implementation of stronger controls and ability to develop use cases for model driven analytics
- Ability to Plan, verify, and integrate IAM solutions for complex applications and programs
- Developing and cross training a high performing team in which each team member is capable of supporting and building IAM programs and understands how the IAM programs fit into the broader Identity and Access Management Strategy
- Owning and driving overall IAM Strategy while creating plans to build and execute on programs
What your days and weeks will include.
- Partner with Security Intelligence, Security Platforms, and the Security Operations Center (SOC) to support respective Identity & Access Management Programs
- Produce Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Risk Indicators (KRI's) to measure risk and the effectiveness of programs
- Innovate and process improvement designed to continuously improve efficiencies and enhance capabilities.
- Challenge status quo and provide innovative solutions to align with industry standards and continue to steer us to be a leader in this space
- Conduct in depth technical IAM research, assessments, and performance analysis to support and design technical automated IAM strategies
- Lead strategy discussions and build roadmap for new innovative IAM Capabilities
- Partner with Architecture for design and continuous delivery
- Work within Enterprise Cyber Security to promote the best Identity and Access Management practices
- Work closely with business partners to champion Information security through IAM best practices
- Serve as a business enabler, clear planning, and design documentation for properly secured, policy compliant, high-performance IAM integrations
The skills that make you a great fit.
- Minimum of 7 years in Identity and Access Management Platforms and Capabilities
- Minimum of 5 years leadership experience in cyber security
- Direct knowledge of IAM efforts that align with both Cyber Security and Data Models
- Knowledge of the full user identity and access management lifecycle
- Consistent record of being results oriented with the desire and ability to achieve aggressive goals
- Knowledge of building data models based on user behavior analytics
- Process design skills and experience
- Expertise with identity management domain concepts and full user lifecycle management, with various data sources and workflows.
- Appetite to learn data science foundational components
- Demonstrated knowledge of common cybersecurity and technology platforms and toolsets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience and confidence with communicating with and presenting to senior leadership
- Ability to travel to Springfield, MA twice a year
