Join a high performing sales and contracting team focused on growing one of the most disruptive companies in the healthcare industry. In this role you will report directly to the Chief Development Officer and serve as an integral role on the business development team. You’ll support a national scope focused on both health systems and provider-sponsored plans clientele. This role will provide tremendous exposure across Cricket’s growing internal and external teams, including product, finance, legal, operations, and clinical divisions. This role provides substantial career development opportunities, with the expectation to serve as a leader within both the sales and broader Cricket Health organization.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support lead generation and overall opportunity analysis for Cricket’s growth division, serving as liaison with finance and sales data teams
  • Support prospective client outreach campaigns and introductory conversations
  • Lead development of presentation material and market research in preparation for all client meetings
  • Manage RFP office - consisting of a cross-functional team focused on prospective client deliverables
  • Support contracting and sales project management processes, working closely with legal, operations, finance, product, and client partners across the sales cycle 
  • Support development of sales collateral in partnership with marketing, data, and sales teams

Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years in healthcare related consultative, finance, or sales operations role
  • Preferred health system and provider-sponsored plan exposure and/or experience 
  • Preferred value-based care exposure and/or experience 
  • Preferred knowledge of renal care space, including ESCO, Dialysis, and CKD management 
  • Bachelors required, Healthcare-related Masters preferred (MBA, MPH, MHA)

What are Cricket Health Perks + Benefits

Cricket Health Benefits Overview

We offer medical, dental and vision benefits under the Company’s benefit plans, subject to the terms and conditions of the individual plans. Details about the health and dental benefits will be provided separately and specific plans available depends on employee home state. Cricket covers 90% for employees and 65% for dependents. Health, dental, and vision benefits are managed through TriNet. There is no waiting period: once the employee I9 has been completed, they will be able to elect their benefits.

The company will offer 18 days PTO annually in addition to company holidays. This includes vacation, sick and personal time off but excludes Cricket holidays, disability, family leave, etc.

Employees will also be eligible for the Cricket Health 401K Plan after 3 months of employment, subject to the terms and conditions of the plan. There is an effective 50% company match of annual salary up to $2,500.
