Scope of Work:
The Director of Enablement is a member of the People Operations team reporting to the Chief People Officer and is responsible leading the team (directly and indirectly) in the effective creation, enhancement and delivery of client-facing enablement for Sales, Support and Partner readiness including:
- Tools
- Processes
- Methodologies
- Learning capability and skills
- 1:1 coaching to drive performance results
This role is also responsible for the management and support of Klaviyo’s leading client-facing teams by:
- Improving sales performance through process efficiency gains to deliver business and revenue growth
- Acting as a thought leader and critical business partner with GTM leaders to influence action and strategic execution
- Supporting Klaviyo’s sales transformation efforts across the business leveraging best practices
- Partnering with the regional leaders and cross functional teams to identify opportunities and lead working teams to address Klaviyo's growth targets
- Consistently delivering excellence in adoption and use of systems across the business through training and embedding of skills and tools
- Upskilling teams to provide the ability to have new experiences and be exposed to new ways of delivering for our clients
- Partnering with Klaviyo’s L&D team to support learning experiences
- Driving measurement of the effectiveness of our enablement deliverables
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years commercial experience in strategy and / or sales roles, preferably in consulting or technology industry
- Experience with the sales life cycle, tech, business acumen and skills
- Experience generating revenue, creating new business and be able to maximize sales and support leaders effectiveness
- Proven customer-oriented interpersonal skills
- Ability to define specific needs of the business and provide appropriate recommendations to the senior leadership team
- Experience in leading, directing and facilitating complex projects that drive change management in the organization and promote efficiencies and effectiveness
- Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities demonstrating success in conveying messages across a diverse set of stakeholders
- A can-do, creative and positive mindset
