Here at Hudl, our goal is to change the way coaches, players and analysts prepare for matches, make in-game decisions and stay ahead of their competition. Our products are used by over 4.5 million players globally, from the world’s elite sports teams to an amateur level.

Our approach to working with elite clubs is evolving as they increasingly want a club-wide strategy, rather than products that serve the individual teams. We are forming a Customer Solutions team that will provide consulting services, advanced product education and oversee implementation.

As our Director of Customer Solutions, you will establish and lead a forming team that is focused on these three service areas.  

Implementation and Training

Oversees customer onboarding and the implementation and training process. This includes monitoring the pipeline, ensuring we have the proper resources to deliver on future opportunities and existing projects, and customer training.

Solutions Consulting

Responsible for understanding complex customer needs, recommending solutions across all of Hudl’s products and services, and documenting the plan for a successful implementation and activation.

Professional Services

Lead a team of professional services personnel focused on scripting, technical integration work, code window design, data analysis, and creating a team of trained analysts that can be sent to work with organizations worldwide in a shared services model or onsite.

We will ask you to develop this new approach for working with our elite partners globally. This team will have a positive impact on the customer experience, their view on us as thought leaders and allow our sales teams to be more efficient.

You Are

  • Experienced. Spent time at a SaaS company working in either professional services or solutions consulting in a leadership position.
  • Knowledgeable. Have experience of working in a sporting environment, ideally with a focus on performance. 
  • Invested. Have a passion for sports and technology
  • A Leader. Experience leading a multi-discipline team through a period of growth.
  • Commercial. Experience managing and focus on revenue generation.
  • Influential. You have a proven track of getting the organization to buy into your vision.
  • International. Comfortable working on a global level and adapting to local cultures.
