This role is based within the Customer Onboarding team where we are looking for a highly motivated, team player with excellent promblem-solving skills.

• Primary COPS interface to Mimecast US Sales Engineering and Sales organizations
• Constant link with US Customer Success organization and ensuring effective Customer Success planning program with US Director of Customer Success for pre-sales planning and post sales acceleration-to-value
• Responsibility of US teams of Implementation and Value Added Services (Professional Services)
• Mentoring, Managing & Inspiring the Implementation and PS team managers
• Superior communication, relationship and customer service skills that result in the ability to rapidly assess evolving needs of sophisticated/ enterprise US based customers.
• Acting as a US escalation point for new and existing customers implementing a new Mimecast solution

• Experience in working with all facets of an organization; sales, finance, service delivery, etc.
