How you will make an impact

• Help in the expansion of agency operations both in sales and service.
• Identify ways to improve profitability of the book of business.
• Establishment of WFM, compensation and agency operations.
• Assist with report development in accordance with Agency KPI’s

What you need to succeed

• Strong analytic and reporting background
• Experience in the Insurance Industry
• Background in call center operations
• Demonstrable success in managing teams
