Job Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary business contact for designated accounts.
Close all client renewals.
Identify key decision-makers and build strong relationships at all levels within your accounts.
Work closely with the client services and product teams to insure customer success in order to secure renewals and identify upsell opportunities.
Maintain knowledge of Veracode products, customer drivers and industry trends.
Accurately maintain client information, opportunity notes and forecast in SFDC.
Up to 5-10% travel or as required.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
1+ years of Business Development or Inside Sales experience selling B2B applications; on-demand/SaaS, IT Infrastructure Management
Experience managing renewal and expansion business with existing customers is preferred
A proven history of quota over-achievement
Track record of managing complex sales cycles requiring cross functional collaboration preferred
Ability to work in a rapidly expanding and changing environment at a high growth company
Ability to adopt new products and services into Veracode’s sales methodology
Ability to uncover customer needs and effectively differentiate how the Veracode’s approach will meet them
Passionate about technology
SFDC or equivalent CRM experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Undergraduate degree preferred
