As a Desktop Support Technician you will contribute to the success of the Client Technology Services team.  

Your role will involve:

• Implementing hardware and software installations and upgrades.
• Dedicated first responder to urgent desktop support calls (quick fix).
• Dedicated first responder to conference room issues.
• Conference room equipment maintenance, weekly checks.
• Imaging systems for new hire setups and tech refreshes.
• Equipment deployment and decommissioning.
• Staging Room maintenance (inventory checks, room organization, storage) .

In return, you will bring:

• Ability to prioritize tasks well and quickly respond to urgent incidents is required
• Some knowledge and experience of AV/Conferencing equipment and software.
• Basic hardware and Windows software troubleshooting skills
• Basic knowledge of network concepts
• Basic understanding of anti-virus technologies, spyware removal and prevention
• Basic understanding of SCCM or other imaging software
• Basic understanding of Mac OSX (a plus)
• Willingness to work independently while following guidelines and attending to details
• Excellent work ethic, professional, and a “go-getter” attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new technologies
• An innovative mindset
