The Professional Services team at HubSpot works with our customers to help them see extraordinary growth through education, business consulting and delight.

As a Customer Training Specialist, you will deliver a variety of trainings in-person to customers all over the world to effectively use the HubSpot software to achieve their business goals. You’ll work with a wide variety of businesses, working to learn how their teams function and the challenges they face, and help set them up for long-term growth.

In this role you’ll get to:

  • Deliver engaging, high-impact HubSpot software training courses that drive product adoption
  • Travel to offsite locations to deliver training programs (approximately 50%)
  • Collaborate internally to ensure consistency of content across teams
  • Partner with team members to create effective courses using instructional design, adult learning methodologies and technology to enhance learning
  • Assist with customer inquiries pre- and post-training ranging from training logistics to inbound strategy and tool use
  • Assist with evaluating the effectiveness of customer training programs
  • Create a true “HubSpot experience” for all attendees
  • Assist training team, Principal Customer Training Specialists and Program Managers, as needed
