How you will make an impact

• Contacting customers through various means such as phone, email and chat
• Responsible for providing assistance and collecting onboarding documents (insurance policies, supporting documentation) for sale finalization
• Ensure the information is correct and matching
• Responsible for entering into carrier portals and pulling lists of clients for which follow up is needed
• Success for the position will be measured in the number of customers contacted and who completed the corresponding actions for onboarding completion

What you need to succeed

• Experience in Customer Support via phone, email and chat
• Excellent communication skills
• Phenomenal phone skills
• Well-organized and self-driven
