Customer Success Strategist
The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a Customer Success Strategist to help us shape the future of education.
As Customer Success Strategist, you will serve as industry, pedagogical, administrative, technical, and functional expert for all of ambi’s products and solutions in the Higher Education presales prospects and client base. You will be involved with every stage of the client lifecycle. Specifically, you will have a clear understanding of higher education implementation strategies, centralized and decentralized IT governance structures, institutional strategic planning, and institutional accreditation processes. You will discuss organizational goals and the methodologies to maximize platform adoption. You will lead thorough discovery sessions with clients and prospects to create a shared vision and strategy which you will translate to concrete project definitions.
The Candidate:
Has several years of educational technology experience, preferably within a Higher Ed institution and for a industry vendors in e-learning, instructional design or instructional technology management, institutional research, or media services is preferred
Has strong presentation skills and can engage effectively at the executive and tactical levels
Can work independently and is self-motivated
Understands common technical infrastructures, implementation and adoption methodologies for academic platforms
Willing to collaborate on proposals and RFP responses
Can create and maintain strong client relationships
Experience with standards like LTI, LAP, CAS, and SAML2
Understands common integration methodologies/strategies
Can travel approximately 50-60%
