We are growing rapidly and are looking for a highly motivated, dynamic, talented individual to join our Customer Success team as a Customer Success Manager. The main objective of this role is to manage a portfolio of our insurance company customers – driving implementations, adoption, expansion, and advocacy.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive adoption and engagement across the customer organization, delivering and communicating benefits continuously
  • Understand customer outcomes by analyzing and synthesizing customer engagement metrics for internal and external audiences
  • Represent the voice of the customer internally at Hi Marley through the sales process, marketing and product roadmap
  • Collaborate with customer to expand use cases for the platform, and develop ideas and innovations for new product functionality
  • Serve as the primary contact for the onboarding of new customers, the training of platform end users, as well as post go-live support

What We’re Looking For

  • BA/BS
  • Ideally 4+ years of experience in Business-to-Business Software, Management Consulting, Customer Success, Account Management, Business Development, or another client-facing role
  • P&C insurance industry experience desirable but not required
  • Experience working with large enterprise customers
  • Exceptional communication skills, highly organized, collaborative and detail oriented
  • Experience building and maintaining relationships, while working to mitigate churn and drive engagement and renewals
  • Empathetic, positive attitude with a desire to help our customers reach their goals
  • Results-driven mentality, with a bias for speed and action
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, with the ability to translate data into insights. Experience with Excel preferred
  • Strong Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Basic technical skills in software development, database architecture, and connecting to APIs
  • Comfort in a startup environment – we move quickly and wear many hats in a dynamic environment
  • Comfort with travel – expected 20-40%
