As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) at Notarize, you will form and maintain relationships with a set of customers in the mortgage world. We are growing and all of our employees have the opportunity to grow their careers through a focus on role competency, personal development and leadership.

Variety is a great word to use when describing your day. You might be onboarding a new lender and providing them answers to their questions while driving them to do more business with us. You’ll work closely with our product team delivering critical feedback you’ve heard from your customers each day. Some calls might get you into details and some calls might get you thinking outside of the box and doing things differently! No day is the same here.

You are:

  • Passionate about your customers’ experience and the experience of their signers
  • Able to solve problems with creativity and embrace challenges
  • Not afraid of change and in fact, you love it!
  • Excited by executing on a process, but also understand that you can change that process for the better
  • Quick on your feet and not afraid to take action
  • Comfortable dealing with senior leaders as well as day-to-day project managers across the client base
  • A problem solver - you’ve never met a problem you didn’t want to solve head on (and sometimes without a lot of guidance)
  • Curious about understanding the mortgage industry. Don’t worry if you don’t - we can teach you!
