YOUR TASKS
Maintain a high level of quality and efficiency throughout the order life-cycle
Provide a direct link between our customers and suppliers
Resolve any and all inquiries with a creative, can-do attitude
Effectively communicate feedback across departments for improved customer experience
YOUR PROFILE
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English
A problem-solving mentality that thrives on new challenges
You are comfortable working autonomously as well as collaborating
You are flexible in terms of scheduling and changes in a growing environment
You are detail oriented and take pride in your work
Experience in HubSpot is a bonus, but not required
