The Role

Toast is looking for an Entry Level Services Operations representative to play an integral role in scaling Toast’s rapidly growing business. You will be the “go-to” person for sales and services, assisting them in administrative and process driven support to close new business efficiently and effectively. We are looking for an organized, tech-savvy, intellectually curious candidate with excellent communication skills and the ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

  • Manage overall onboarding process and work closely with Sales and Services team to ensure seamless process
  • Resolving challenging and complicated issues with effective problem solving skills
  • Consult with restaurant owners to import data as needed
  • Works cross-functionally with Services, Sales, Finance and Customer Support throughout and customer lifetime
  • Provide high-quality support to restaurant owners through phone and email as needed

Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Extreme attention to detail and meticulously organized
  • Relentless problem-solver
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management and strong sense of urgency
  • Restaurant industry experience is a plus
  • 0-1+ Years in Customer Service, or onboarding
  • Experience with Salesforce and Excel a plus
