InsideTracker is seeking a motivated, ambitious, and unflappable Customer Experience Specialist to join our Customer Success Team. Reporting directly to the Customer Success Director, you will be responsible for identifying customer needs, respond to customer queries, and collaborate with internal departments to optimize customer services and brand awareness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

  • 1+ year of customer service experience in a business environment 

  • Passionate about providing a first-class customer experience.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

  • Results oriented problem solver

The Details

  • Reports to:  Director, Customer Success

  • Location: Cambridge, MA 

  • Hours: Full time, exempt (salaried)

  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
