Customer Experience Associate
Catalant is a venture backed software company changing the way the world works. We have two business lines - a Marketplace and a SaaS product. Our Marketplace product is disrupting the $250b consulting industry by connecting the largest companies in the world to over 70,000 high-end freelance business experts and boutique consulting firms for on demand work. Our SaaS product helps companies organize strategic work streams and dynamically connect the right people (including employees inside the company and experts from our marketplace) to the right work at the right time.
We’ve been one of the fastest growing companies in Massachusetts, and ended 2020 with consecutive record breaking quarters. 2021 will be our best year yet and we’re investing heavily in building the strongest team around.
On the Catalant Customer Experience team, we’re constantly thinking about how we can generate value for our enterprise customers through Catalant’s software and programs. Playing a key role on multiple customer-focused delivery teams (which typically include a Program Director, an Enterprise Program Manager, a Customer Experience Associate and a Customer Engagement Manager), the Customer Experience Associate is responsible for supporting all aspects of a software and program deployment, from client management / project planning and execution, to technical platform implementation. Customer Experience Associates also work closely with customers to understand their business requirements, and partner with Catalant’s Product and Engineering teams to design, configure and deploy the platform in a way that supports maximum value realization for the customer.
Customer Experience Associates are effective in interfacing with clients and can keenly prioritize and manage multiple projects at a time. In addition, they are entrepreneurial self-starters and are constantly finding ways to grow Catalant’s impact with existing and new clients. Associates should be quick learners who are comfortable learning the ins and outs of Catalant’s technology. Versatility is key!
Our team values diversity in experience and backgrounds—we do our best work when we create space for different voices and perspectives. Whatever unique experiences or skill sets you bring, we look forward to learning from each other.
