Customer Adoption Manager

The Position
As a Customer Adoption Manager in the Developer Community group, you will be responsible for driving adoption of the Mendix platform within our customer base. As a key team-member of the Mendix Developer Community team, you’ll interact with Mendix customers at large enterprise companies around the world to engage them into the Mendix community of over 60,000 developers. As part of this fast-paced, high-growth team, you will be responsible for creating marketing and adoption campaigns for both technical and business-focused audiences at our customer accounts using the Mendix technology.
Responsibilities to develop the Mendix Community at our Customers include:
•Drive adoption of the Mendix platform within our customer base.
•Build strong relationships with internal teams, customers, partners, and community members to understand their needs and to consistently exceed event quality expectations for meetings and events
•Create engaging content tailored to each of our community personas found at our customers: expert app developers, senior enterprise architects, business analysts, citizen developers.
•Develop and execute measurable digital programs for each of the community customer adoption stages from platform sign-up and onboarding, to education, certification, building and deploying apps.
•Increase the number of active developers, active users, and active apps within our customer accounts.
Requirements
•Experience working in client-facing roles with technical and business stakeholders at enterprise companies
•Experience driving product adoption
•A passion for technology, the development process and cloud
•A passion for teaching, learning, using and talking about technology and business
•Are a self-proclaimed tech geek who loves to keep adding more tech skills to your resume.
•Demonstrated expertise in managing high profile meetings and events with communities, including detailed project planning and support
•Client and community facing experience, exceptional customer service skills
•Excellent communication skills across all channels; digital, live and recorded video and audio, written, and in-person
•Experience executing and optimizing digital marketing activities
•The technical chops to understand our platform, and the business acumen to understand our customers’ industry-specific use cases, enterprise org structures and various business functions
