As a Comping Artist to for SharkNinja’s Creative Studio team, you will immerse yourself in the brand. You will establish close relationships with Designers, providing them support for physical comps of packaging, displays, and presentation materials. The ideal candidate should be a flexible thinker and be able to understand expectations and instructions from designers and other internal marketing partners. Must have the ability to think in three-dimensions while preparing graphics for printing and mounting. Must have the ability to work with basic cutting and hand tools to assemble and mount elements of display pieces. Attention to detail, consistency, and repeatability are absolutely required. 

Responsibilities

• Execute high-quality packaging and display comps with a high degree of craft, taking them from digital files to printed and assembled presentation pieces.
• Collaborate and communicate with designers and marketing partners to advance ideas and creative work to completion. 
• Maintain large-format printers, manage the technical service relationship when issues arise, and liaise with IT as needed to ensure the printer is always up to date for printing needs.
• Maintain an inventory list of printer supplies.
• Deliver against tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of related work experience, internal or external agency experience preferred. 
• Experience with packaging comping required.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, and Photoshop.
• Ability to embrace change and quickly adapt in a fast-paced environment.
