And this is our Community Manager role for idea generators, planning geniuses, and natural-born analysts.
Tasks in the role
You will be on the frontline interacting directly with our community and helping them get the best experience from communicating with our brand. We have a fantastic and very engaged community, and we want to develop it further and amplify what we've done.
Who you are: a people-person first and foremost, empathetic, and an excellent communicator who loves digital marketing.
This role is integral to our identity as one of the best and brightest communities of digital marketers. You will help develop and enhance our mission to spread digital marketing knowledge far and wide!

  • Ensure all questions are answered within one hour, and our customers and community members are happy and satisfied.
  • Support our community members and build connections with the brand on social media (Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook groups).
  • Make our community management style another reason to talk about the brand.


Together with other ORM managers, you will perform:

  • Social listening and mention management: replying to all incoming mentions that we receive as a brand within one hour.
  • Community management: come up with new, creative ways to engage our audience, and promote our brand, campaigns, and products by talking to our audience. You'll be looking for new ways to make people talk about the brand, which is where your creativity can come to life.
  • Online Reputation Management: quickly processing negative online mentions to avoid further escalation, dealing with reviews on review platforms, and managing review-generation campaigns.


Who we are looking for
We think that these types of experience and competencies will help our future colleague to join the team.

  • 2+ years of experience in Community Management, Customer Success, or related field.
  • Fantastic communicator-passionate about talking to people and online community development.
  • Knowledgeable about the basics of SEO and digital marketing and is interested in developing in this area.
  • Tech-savvy and a quick learner.
  • An organization pro who is passionate about building/optimizing processes to make them more efficient.
  • Articulate, with high attention to detail.
  • Both are a self-starter and a team player. We know, a bit of an oxymoron, but the best people are!

A bit about the team
You can get to know the team better at one of the interviews, but some brief information about future colleagues will be useful now.
The online Reputation Management team is in charge of the brand's image and reputation online-on English-speaking social media channels and on review platforms.
