The Collaboration Technology Manager will play a key role in the support of Indigo in-house collaboration platforms. This person will ensure that the business is providing exceptional IT Service to both internal and external users. They will have ownership of voice, video, A/V and web-based collaborations tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on triaging of collaboration platform issues
  • Provide exceptional support to end users
  • Meet SLA’s defined between Support and the business
  • Contribute to the Knowledge Base and User Self-Help systems
  • Assist in the maintenance and upgrades of Support Tools

Qualifications:

  • Degree in IT or equivalent hands-on professional experience
  • 3+ years management experience
  • Experience working in an ITIL based service environment
  • Experience with UCx, SharePoint, Atlassian Suite & Zoom Video Conference or similar platforms
  • Proven success working in a fast-paced, quickly pivoting environment

Location

On the edge of Charlestown, we are within walking distance to restaurants and bars. The Sullivan Square T and bus stop is also right next door! We are currently working remote/hybrid with the exception of our fantastic Biotrinsic team who work from the office and lab space here.
