We’re using our system to deliver more personalized treatments, optimize the management of large patient populations, and dynamically organize healthcare resources around the needs of patients. We work with health insurers, hospitals, device companies, and outpatient clinical settings to bring the highest standards of preventive medicine to patients with complex medical and social needs. In partnership with our clients, we develop and use mobile technology for nurse care management programs.
The Clinical Partnership team works closely with all other Wellframe departments to create successful innovation and change initiatives for our clients. We’re a growing team in a dynamic startup, and this position may offer the opportunity for expansion to other clinical and operations responsibilities as Wellframe’s business evolves.
Position Overview
The Clinical Partnership Performance Manager will be the operational lead for Wellframe’s Provider and Clinical transformation-focused programs.
Responsibilities Include:
· Recruiting physicians (including individual providers and/or hospital sites) to participate
· Assessing provider needs and working with the product team to address
· Attending trainings and providing ongoing “at-the-elbow” support after launch
· Managing ongoing relationships with providers & their staff
· Working with client services to launch and support transformation initiatives to improve client care team performance.
The ideal candidate for this role has a background working with healthcare providers and patients, particularly in the primary care and/or post discharge setting. Experience working with insurers or device companies also a plus.
Qualifications:
· At least 5 years experience working with providers in a clinical setting, either directly or in a consulting capacity.
· Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
· Strong communications skills
· A self-starter who can manage his or her own daily workload, operate well under pressure, and balance competing priorities.
· Experience with practice improvement/change management
· Prior experience recruiting patients to participate in clinical programs highly beneficial
· Prior experience with training healthcare workers a plus
· "No task is too small" attitude, with an eagerness to learn
· Must be willing to travel frequently
