Clinical Application Specialist:

Working within an experienced product support team the Application Specialist will use their clinical knowledge and experience to support the TrakCare product by providing application knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot and prioritize problems escalated by the customer. The Application Specialist will become the Subject Matter Expert (SME) resource for TrakCare Clinical. Qualified candidates come from a clinical background as a Pharmacist or Nurse within a Hospital.

Responsibilities:

• Be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for TrakCare Clinical
• Support the TrakCare application in a manner that will follow the methodologies and processes of InterSystems
• Improve response time to customer inquiries by continuously improving communication, analytical, and learning skills.
• Support colleagues and assist in spreading application knowledg

 Qualifications:

• Clinical background required
• Understanding and experience with Hospital Information, Pharmacy and Clinical Information Systems
• Excellent communication skills
• General aptitude for solving problems 
• An ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and within tight time constraints
• The ability to commit to some travel and working from customer sites and other InterSystems offices as needed
