We, at Flywire, are looking for a bright, motivated, and hardworking Client Success Specialist to help with the delivery and execution of our solution to our new and existing business clients in the U.S. This individual should be a great team player, interested in building a new business unit, and be motivated by success.
The Client Success Specialist will work with Business sales team and management in the execution of strategies and tactics designed to increase growth of client base, improve client retention, upsell to increase revenue, identify opportunities for improvement, provide accurate and timely issue resolution and assure clients utilize the Flywire International Payment Solution.
Building and maintaining strong relationships and communication within key business client accounts
Creating the ideal strategy for each business client to maximize money moved and increasing revenue through up-selling
Managing escalated client issues and/or client product needs
Providing clients with analytics and additional reporting mechanisms
Executing internal, client, and partner projects
Working with existing business team to build out best practices for client on-boarding
Developing and maintaining a current knowledge and understanding of all services provided by the company and maintaining, at all times, a professional and ethical relationship with clients when representing the company
Efficiently managing time to focus on essential activities to ensure customer satisfaction, account renewal, and account growth
FlyMate Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, or Marketing
3+ years of relationship management or account management experience
Experience in inside sales, handling customer objections and managing customer relationships
Excellent interpersonal, analytical and planning skills
Proficient presentation skills
Salesforce experience is a plus
Willingness to travel 25% of the time
