Client Strategist

As a Client Strategist, you’ll work directly with global clients to solve their most complicated subscription pricing, monetization, and growth challenges. This role will require you to be an expert in building trust and rapport, managing client projects and deliverables, and thinking strategically.
What you’ll do
• Complete and deliver strategic recommendations to clients and in collaboration with a Business & Pricing Analyst
• Manage the full life-cycle and communication for a client relationship, including:
• Project timelines and deliverables;
• Build custom, visually appealing presentations delivered to both middle management and C-suite executives
• Upsell and cross-sell opportunities among our many products and offerings;
• Travel to client site for initial kickoff and onboarding activities (5% of role);
• Provide valuable, implementable results and recommendations using strategic business analysis
• Serve as a product owner, taking on OKRs to drive improvements and innovations from the front line, including streamlining processes, improving visualizations, creating better storytelling, and anything else to improve the Price Intelligently product
This might be a good fit if you have demonstrated experience...
• Delivering strategic recommendations to C-suites and senior executives, leveraging data to justify ROI and impact
• Excelling in project management, including timeline and communication management, managing client expectations and deliverables, presenting results and recommendations
• Fostering client relationships through strong interpersonal skills and growing renewal revenue from existing accounts
• Continuous improvement of processes through increasing workload capacity, decreasing delivery times, streamlining workflow processes, refining visualizations, etc.
• Have at least 3 years’ of relevant experience

How would you describe the company’s work-life balance?

The best ever! Leadership here actually has a life outside of work, and encourages us to do the same. Tech startups always emphasize "work life balance", but rarely celebrate it.
