Breezeway is looking for a Client Experience Representative to join our team and have immediate impact helping our clients get the most from our product. This individual will focus on training clients to use our mobile tools, understand client needs and identifying opportunities for our team to deliver exceptional value. What You'll Do

• Educate clients on how to leverage our tools to simplify their complex workflows.
• Respond to product questions and operate as the primary point of contact to manage client interaction in an efficient and timely manner.
• Develop domain expertise in property care and a deep understanding of client needs.
• Schedule and conduct online product demonstrations and webinars.
• Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams (Sales and Product) to turn valuable client feedback into practical product improvements.
• Engage proactively and build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through frequent communications.
• Manage and update product help guides and tutorials and develop new materials to streamline client on-boarding and engagement.
