Catering Partnership Support is the central nervous system of our network of 60,000+ catering partners. We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated, hard-working individuals to make each restaurant feel confident that their business is in fantastic hands. Have you worked in the food industry, retail, sales or customer service? Do you want to put your eclectic skill set to use in multiple job functions? Are you a creative problem-solver who can consistently juggle varied tasks? Can you think like a marketing consultant one minute and an accountant the next?

What you'll do:

As a Catering Partnership Support Specialist, you'll advise our partners and field questions, process routine account maintenance requests, and handle time-sensitive catering order changes – all while convincing our partners that they're in good hands. You will solve puzzles while providing high-quality customer service over the phone or via email. ezCater is more than doubling in size every year, and we will support you with a multitude of opportunities as you grow alongside us.

You Have:

• Excellent phone and email skills;
• Great comfort with computers and the Web;
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks within a fast-paced environment
• Experience or familiarity with the catering and/or restaurant industries a plus.
• A service with a smile attitude.
