Summary
Leader Bank, N.A. one of the fastest growing banks in Massachusetts, has an immediate opening for a Business Banking Operations Specialist. The Business Banking Operations Specialist will be responsible for supporting Business & Government Banking clients with opening accounts, ACH, Online Banking, and answering various operations related inquires.
Essential Duties:
- Facilitate the opening of Deposit Accounts for Business & Government Banking Clients:
- Application Review
- Account Document Generation
- Data Entry
- Providing Client with Account Information
- Document Retention
- Support internal and external clients with inquiries including (but not limited to):
- Deposit accounts
- Electronic Banking products:
- Online / Mobile Banking
- Remote Deposit
- Bill Payment
- Positive Pay
- ACH Manager
- Wire Manager
- General account servicing inquiries
- Perform general account maintenance and servicing, including (but not limited to):
- Signer, Address, and Account Type Changes
- Processing Stop Payments
- Check / Debit Card Orders
- Research and process Non-Sufficient Funds Items, Non-Posted Items and Returned Deposited Items
- Perform any other duties as may be assigned from periodically by management
Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to operate a personal computer with a strong knowledge of MS office
- Ability to work independently, take initiative and complete tasks with deadlines
