The Follain family is currently in search of a Store Director to join our team. We are seeking a highly capable, entrepreneurial leader who is passionate about building and developing their team and connecting with the community. The key objective of this position is to develop incredible leaders, grow the business, and positively impact their surrounding community. 

Joining Follain as a Store Director will give you the opportunity to bring a unique, health focused, educational experience to your community. We need someone with a true entrepreneurial spirit, who will be responsible for collaborating with the home office as we develop the concept of the store from the ground up. You will help coordinate with contractors and designers to ensure that the build progresses in a timely manner. You will recruit, and select a team of Store Educators to work with you in opening the store and giving an amazing first impression to the community. You will be responsible for all operations of the store, always maintaining a high level of accuracy and customer service. You will guide the consistent clean beauty training for the Store Educators so that they deliver a memorable, consultative experience that upholds the Follain mission.

  • Produces results that meet or exceed company goals by managing their store’s P&L and quarterly and yearly sales contribution
  • Own scheduling in a way that allows our guests to experience the fun and greatness of our people, our product and our communities 

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 year’s work experience in sales management, 2 years management experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Detail oriented and highly organized
  • Ability to multi-task and coordinate ongoing projects, plans and people
  • Work well under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
  • Love of brainstorming, problem-solving, being creative and resourceful
  • Positive attitude and contagious enthusiasm for Follain, community and people
