Who you are


You are a technology, data and solutions-driven expert in marketing technology tools and automation systems, and understand the importance of integrating these systems with internal databases and reporting. People would describe you as detail and process-oriented, with expert level production, project management, prioritization and QA skills. You’re able to both dive into the weeds on a project and also see the big picture to ensure and guide how the various pieces fall into place. You’re an action oriented self-starter - equally able to find gaps and quickly fill them or take direction and run with a project. You’re goal-oriented, but know the best way to get there is together and you get energy from collaboration, discussion, and partnership. 


You have a proven track record of success and 5+ years of direct experience specifically in marketing automation or implementation. You have experience using production level B2B marketing automation tools (such as Marketo, Eloqua or a similar tool), Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud(s) and relevant connectors, and are well versed in HTML/CSS and email velocity scripting. We’d be extra impressed if you’ve helped support a platform migration.



What the role is


In this B2B CRM Operations Manager role, you will be an integral part of the B2B Marketing team, responsible for building and maintaining a complex marketing automation system to support Drizly’s retail and supplier partners. 


You will conceptualize, build, execute and measure campaigns in support of our retail and supplier partners to help them get the most from their partnership with Drizly. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Supplier Partnerships, and Retail Operations to ensure campaign performance is continuing to support stakeholder goals and initiatives. This role is essential in helping us build a best in class automation platform to create a personalized journey throughout a partner's lifetime with Drizly.

In this role you will:

  • Oversee Marketing Automation Tool Admin, including database management, custom object maintenance, reporting, list integrity, and supporting a tool migration in Q1
  • Own and execute workflows and nurture campaigns for two business customers across all stages, including campaign setup, QA, deployment, comprehensive segmentation, ensuring accounts are getting a properly personalized experience. 
  • Build and manage lead gen forms and any supporting landing page or web dynamic content integrations, automated lifecycle programs, trigger logic, suppression rules, etc.
  • Develop and manage team processes, including build/development, Q/A, deployment, and testing of emails, campaigns, and other coordinating assets. 
  • Manage and maintain list health and segmentation to ensure the right structure to best support active campaigns across our partner groups

For Colorado-based roles: The salary/hourly rate range for this role is $76,500 per year - $90,500 per year. You will be eligible to participate in Drizly's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award, commissions, & other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
