You will be responsible for managing our AV infrastructure and creating a first-class AV/VC experience at our weekly company meetings with over 1,000 employees in 18 offices around the world from our Boston HQ. When you aren’t refining our AV systems and keeping them up to date, you’ll spend your time working closely with our IT Team managing the Help Desk to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to participate in our weekly sprints and get involved in other exciting projects.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Maintain/upgrade our AV hardware and software to ensure top-performing functionality in large meeting spaces and conference rooms globally
  • Provide local AV support for weekly company meetings including testing, streaming, and recording as well as other high-stakes events as needed
  • Help plan and execute AV setups in new office expansions and buildout
  • Analyze existing AV processes and implement new processes to improve quality, operational efficiencies, and the end-user experience across global audience
  • Build our KB of best practices for all things related to AV and IT
  • Triage and resolve all IT related issues through our ticketing system

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of AV experience working independently and proactively in a fast-paced, high pressure, and high-growth environment
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale events and meetings in a global company
  • Flexibility to accommodate weekly company meeting hours and schedule
  • Experience providing amazing support to senior executives
  • Experience with MacOS 
  • Experience with Zoom, Hangouts, WebEx, and Skype

Bonus: 

  • CTS certification a plus
  • Experience managing AV racks
  • Experience with G-Suite, JAMF, and OKTA 
  • You love taking computers apart and fixing it
  • You plan for the unknown and have a plan B for all scenarios
