Responsibilities: 

  • Own end-to-end product management process and lifecycle across talent, performance, and learning products  
  • Develop and prioritize a product roadmap evaluating new ideas and/or products as needed, in context of the existing and new products across the People team  
  • Collaborate with People team and leaders to drive the strategic thinking, planning and design across learning lifecycles for managers, teams and individual contributors to meet current and future needs of the business 
  • Drive user research and advocate for the needs of users and customer in context with the needs of the business 
  • Puts employee/customer experience at the heart of all learning and talent development initiatives 
  • Establish and measure business-focused KPIs to demonstrate success and gaps in learning products, including behavior change and other learning-driven business outcome

  • Takes ownership of initiatives and recommends new ways to enhance existing learning and talent development operations into actionable plans 
  • The ability to handle multiple projects with various global stakeholders, prioritize workloads with competing deadlines, and a track record of successful delivery 
  • A results-driven attitude and the ability to build relationships and work effectively with multiple stakeholders 
  • Comfortable flexing between strategic and tactical projects and takes pride in delivering high quality results  
  • Passionate about learning, organizational effectiveness, and human behavior related topics 
  • Driven by empathy 
  • Humble and open to feedback 
  • Strong attention to customer and employee experience 

Qualifications: 

  • 3+ years of professional experience in learning and development, organization development, instructional design, performance management or professional development  
  • Experience developing learning and talent development products 
  • Experience with agile development methodologies 
  • Experience using analytics and data to demonstrate impact and efficacy of initiatives  
  • Training facilitation experience, a plus

Location

On the edge of Charlestown, we are within walking distance to restaurants and bars. The Sullivan Square T and bus stop is also right next door! We are currently working remote/hybrid with the exception of our fantastic Biotrinsic team who work from the office and lab space here.
