SUMMARY

Due to growth, Nexamp is looking for a problem-solving individual to join us as an Account Specialist.  This role is integral in supporting our customers and helping us grow.  If you’re interested in joining the clean energy revolution at one of the best places to work in Boston, then this position is for you.

As we are in high-growth mode, the best candidates will be adaptive, collaborative, and creative, with strong, customer-focused thinking.  You have polished written and verbal skills, are quick and enthusiastic to learn and master new things and have a passion for organization and attention to detail.  You should love change, and love being challenged.    This position will work with other bright, hard-working people on the team and other departments. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Communicate positively with our customers via phone, email and chat
• Use multiple systems (Netsuite/Salesforce) to review and solve problems
• Handle issues from start-to-finish, taking ownership and be the hero
• Represent the voice of the customer interdepartmentally
• Help onboard customers for solar farms in new markets
• Learn state utility rules and regulations as they apply to the solar world
• Contribute to our creating metrics and then meet and exceed them
• Work as part of a team, collaborate and share innovations, making us better
